Welcome to Nourish!  My goal is to help you achieve your nutrition and fitness goals. "Food is thy medicine..." said Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, over 2000 years ago.  The foods you eat are your body's natural fuel sources.  I will help you evaluate the quality of "fuel" that you put into your body.  I design specialized food plans that enable you to lose unwanted pounds, gain muscle tone, facilitate proper digestion, and improve your overall health and appearance. You will be completely revitalized and nourished by my program! My unique approach will help you transform both your body and mind. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to make significant nutritional changes.

The most effective way to make these changes is to incorporate them into your lifestyle, so that they are permanent.  After our free initial consultation, if you choose to be on one of my programs, I'll design a specialized plan for you that will be incredibly easy to follow, and will change the way you eat forever. My program consists of a balance of education, modeling, guidance, and emotional support. Breaking bad eating habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace any unhealthy habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. Even if your current eating habits are nutritionally sound, I will show you ways you can further maximize the benefits of healthy eating.  I will work with you to incorporate your favorite foods, and introduce you to some new ones!  I can educate you on the amazing benefits of the "superfoods" that are out there for you to enjoy and nourish your body and mind in the best way possible.  When you are putting high quality foods into your body AND taking care of it with the right exercise and physical activity, you will be amazed at how much better you feel! I am supportive, not judgmental.
